1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging with all included nozzles and fittings.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number / Receipt) is required.

2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Contact us at support@loty.com (or holmes753@outlook.com) with your Order Number and photos of the product.
2. Upon approval, our customer care team will provide you with authorized return instructions and the return warehouse details.
3. Package your item securely and ship it using a trackable courier service.

3. REFUNDS PROCESS
- Once we receive and inspect your returned unit, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna) within 3 to 5 business days.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours at support@loty.com with clear proof. We will send a immediate replacement unit free of charge or process a full refund.
